MGA Qlaims has become a panel partner for PIB-owned Cobra Network. Qlaims provides insurance to businesses and consumers to cover the cost of appointing their own accredited claims expert to manage damage claims and negotiate associated business interruption losses.

Liz Later (pictured), chief executive officer of Qlaims, said: “Our proposition enables brokers to offer an enhanced claims service to their clients, which really helps them compete with the large broking groups and their client service offerings. We’re delighted to be working with the network.”

Matt Duff, sales director at Protect Commercial, a member of the Cobra Network, said: “We partnered with Qlaims a few years ago. As an insurance broker who doesn’t deal with claims in house and at a time when we were suffering from poor claims service from insurers, we knew we had to do something.”
