BGL Insurance has added MGA Prestige Underwriting to its own-brand motor panel. Prestige’s non-standard motor product will offer insurance to customers with modified and high-performance vehicles, imported vehicles and provide cover options for those with a poor driving history and motoring or criminal convictions.

Iain Belson, associate director for insurer engagement at BGL Insurance, said: “We have worked in partnership with Prestige for some years on our home product, and I’m thrilled that we are now able to extend that into the motor market.”

Angela Wilson, senior broker development manager at Prestige, added: “I am delighted to establish and build on a relationship with BGL Insurance and to promote our non-standard motor proposition which is now live for their customers on their own brand platforms.”
