CFC launches multi-year media product

Insurance provider CFC has launched a new multi-year product for media production companies worldwide. It provides up to three years of cover for businesses producing films, TV shows, podcasts and web content with budgets of up to £12.3m. This includes live-action fiction and non-fiction as well as animation projects.

Michael Brunero, head of tech, media and IP at CFC, said: “Having written media business for over two decades now, we’ve built up an amazing network of brokers and spend a lot of time listening to what they need to serve their clients best.

“They’ve been crying out for a multi-year comprehensive solution that encompasses all the activities that the smaller production houses undertake – and one that is quick and easy to arrange and backed up by an expert claims service. I believe that our new product ticks all those boxes.”
