Nigel Walsh, former head of global insurance at Google has announced that he has taken up a post at AI business platform provider ServiceNow to become its head of global insurance. He announced the move on social media.

He said: “I have joined the team at ServiceNow to lead Global Insurance. I've been hearing the same challenges and ambitions from customers for a while. ServiceNow for me is in a perfect position."
