Aon reports Q1 2025 results

Aon has reported revenue of approximately £3.5bn for Q1 2025. This is up by 16% on the same period the previous year and by 5% in terms of the organic growth delivered. Aon’s commercial risk division delivered total revenue of £1.5bn in Q1 29025, up from £1.4bn posted in the same quarter last year.

Edmund Reese, chief financial officer at Aon, said “Our first quarter performance marks a strong start to 2025. We are executing our 3x3 Plan with momentum, as reflected in our financial results.

“We achieved another quarter of mid-single-digit organic revenue growth, which reached 5%, we are making investments that support sustainable growth and we are executing our capital allocation model. We are re-affirming our 2025 guidance across all key metrics, reflecting the resilience and strength of our business and financial model.”
