Specialist loss adjuster Criterion, which is part of Charles Taylor Adjusting, has launched a new division called Signature Claims Service to deal with particularly complex and specialist claims in the high net worth and ultra high net worth markets.
In addition to its high net worth focus, Criterion has expanded its operations in the last two years to support Charles Taylor’s marine division with luxury contents claims on board vessels. It has also worked with Charles Taylor’s international offices to provide support for claims involving logistics firms specialising in luxury item transport.
Helena Evans, managing director at Criterion, said: “At Criterion we are proud that we have a truly HNW-centred offering. Our vision is to maintain this focus and further increase our level of services in handling HNW claims wherever and in whatever sector they arise.”
Stuart Dean will lead the new division and has been promoted to director, head of Signature Claims Services.
