Clear Group has acquired Spence Insurance, which is an independent commercial lines broker based in Bathgate in Scotland’s Central Belt. The deal strengthens Clear’s presence in the Scottish market and expands its regional footprint. Spence will continue to operate from its Bathgate location following the deal.
