Software specialist VIPR has agreed a three-year partnership with Lockton Companies LLP that sees the broker deploy VIPR Intrali, its AI-enabled bordereaux management platform, VIPR Data Cloud, its delegated data warehouse infrastructure and VIPR Insights, its AI-powered reporting analytics tool for London Market specialty insurance operations.

Jon Bishop, chief operating officer at Lockton, said: "As delegated authority business grows in scale and complexity, managing contracts, binder configurations, and bordereaux across multiple coverholders requires a platform capable of handling the demands of a global operation.

“This agreement strengthens our ability to process increasing volumes of data faster, more accurately and with greater transparency, supporting continued growth.”
