Real estate managing general agent Ventis has launched its SME real estate product on Bravo Digital Trader, which is the digital trading platform for Bravo Networks. The product is also available on Acturis and via open market underwriting.

Brokers using Bravo Digital Trader will be able to secure cover for properties ranging from high street commercial offices to purpose-built blocks of flats with a total sum insured of up to £20m. Premiums range from £250 to £10,000+.

Ventis focuses on commercial and residential real estate risks in the UK and Ireland. It is an appointed representative of Mission Underwriting UK Limited, which is owned by Accelerant. Ventis launched in 2024.
