Motor fleet specialist Flock has launched a new chatbot assistant Jay that is housed in the Flock portal and is available to every fleet policyholder. Brokers also have access to the assistant for every fleet they place. Flock says Jay can complete risk analysis, spot emerging threats and suggest risk mitigation actions by studying the vehicle, claims and connected miles of each fleet.
Jay has been developed using one billion kilometres of real-world driving data and is live to use for brokers and policyholders.

For the first time in UK fleet insurance, every customer now has their own expert: someone that knows their fleet inside out, works around the clock, analyses billions of data points on their behalf and partners with them to help their fleet run well.

Admiral Group completed its acquisition of Flock in June. The relationship dates back to 2024 when Admiral Pioneer first partnered with Flock.
