QuestGates has acquired Richard Hartley Partnership, which is a specialist claims provider that focuses on complex losses in the power and construction sectors. Harrogate-based RHP was founded in 1999 and operates across the UK.
This is QuestGates’ third acquisition of the year – it acquired Howell Wild (July) and Miles Fanning (February) earlier in the year. RHP will continue to operate under its own brand following the deal.
Chris Hall, group executive chairman of QuestGates, said: “RHP shares many of QuestGates’ core values and represents an excellent strategic and cultural fit, centred on personal relationships, trust and confidence. Their specialist expertise, reputation and focus on the power and construction sectors make them a natural complement to our business and aligns closely with the evolving needs of our clients.”
Rick Hartley, executive chairman of RHP, added: “Almost 30 years after its formation, RHP remains dedicated to delivering tailored, agile solutions to complex claims through a team of forward-thinking professionals with deep technical expertise. Joining the QuestGates group opens exciting new opportunities for our people and will allow us to further strengthen the services we provide to our clients.”
