Loss adjusting and claims specialist QuestGates has launched a new division called Counter Fraud Solutions that integrates fraud prevention, detection and management capabilities into a single proposition for commercial and personal lines insurers, managing general agents, brokers and commercial clients.

QuestGates says the fraud service proposition provides support for identification, investigation, litigation defence, policy coverage advice, recoveries, sanctions compliance and private prosecutions.

The 175-strong team comprises counter fraud lawyers, property fraud loss adjusters and investigators, complex fraud investigators, surveillance operatives, intelligence analysts, field investigation agents, forensic accountants and credit hire fraud operators.
