Wisentic Pets, which connects pet insurers and veterinary practices to support claims fulfilment, is now live in the UK with its first insurer partners, Perfect Pet and Now Pet Insurance. The announcement comes on the back of a pilot project between the two insurance providers and veterinary clinics that started in early August.

Wisentic was established in 1994 and the Swedish insurtech processes more than one million cases each year across the Nordics. The platform structures and processes claims data to improve the communication between vets and insurers and shorten settlement times.
