Ageas has launched a plugin with ChatGPT that enables customers to get a quote from its esure brand. ChatGPT guides customers through a series of questions and then generates a quote. People can then click though to the esure website to tailor their policy, access additional policy options and complete the purchase.

Ageas developed the plugin inhouse and the deal will enhance the carrier’s ability to develop its digital proposition further in the future.

“Launching esure within ChatGPT marks another important step in that continued journey, offering customers a simple and convenient way to get a car insurance quote on their terms.”
