Axa Insurance UK has launched an emerging leaders programme to support leaders from partner businesses that work with the carrier’s delegated authority division. The first three-day event, hosted at Woodlands Park Hotel in Cobham, comprised professional learning and networking opportunities.

The programme provides a variety of expert-led sessions, peer learning opportunities and practical exercises to develop leadership capabilities including effective communication, influencing skills, critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, collaboration, emotional intelligence and personal development.
