New premium finance provider OneCall Premium Finance has completed an integration with broker software provider Ignite systems and has launched with online motor broker Yoga Insurance to provide its premium finance solution to customers. Following the Yoga launch, OneCall Premium Finance is now available to all Ignite’s broker partners as an out-of-the-box service.

Customers can amend their own direct debit details and payment dates within their policy management dashboard and see a full schedule of payments. Updates occur in real time and call centre agents can manage direct debits including arrears and ADDACS notifications within their policy administration system, rather than needing to go to a third-party system.

We saw a clear need to improve the process by which people can manage their finance arrangements online, at a time that suited them, giving them control over the process and saving brokers valuable time.”
