Premier Choice Healthcare, which is owned by Brown & Brown (Europe) Ltd, has acquired Buckinghamshire intermediary Homewood Health Ltd, and the health insurance portfolio of Margaret Clark in Peterborough. Both intermediaries write consumer and business healthcare insurance.

Stephen Hough, managing director of PCH, said: “As well as giving us two well-established and thriving books of business, these two deals will enable us to continue to build out our Ambassador programme.”

He added: “The programme gives our very experienced intermediaries the opportunity to stay involved, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and help develop the less experienced members in our team.”
