The MIB has announced that Angus Eaton will become CEO on 1st July, taking up the position from Dominic Clayden. He joins from Hastings Group where he has spent more than four years as group chief risk officer. Clayden will remain with the MIB until the end of the year, acting as a strategic adviser.
Mike Crane, chair of the MIB, said: “It’s a great pleasure to announce Angus as the MIB’s new CEO. The MIB continues to play a critical role for the sector and I know Angus shares a strong passion for the purpose and values of the MIB.
“I am very much looking forward to working with Angus as he takes on the leadership of the organisation, and I know the Board are keen to ensure a smooth, effective transition for the leadership of the MIB.”
