Hawkins & Associates, which is a forensic investigation and root cause analysis specialist, has acquired cost consultancy A Lamb Associates and its quantity surveying subsidiary Morham + Brotchie. ALA was established in 1996 provides commercial management, expert witness and dispute resolution services to the construction and energy industry. It has a particular expert in pipelines.
