Northern Irish firm Dickson & Co Insurance Brokers has snapped up Jim Burton Insurance Services giving the enlarged intermediary a premium income of more than £30m. The business is targeting further acquisition both in the UK and in the Republic of Ireland, where it already has a presence through its shared ownership of Dickson & Wilson Insurance Brokers Limited.
