Woodgate & Clark restructures

Loss adjuster Woodgate & Clark has restructured its operations to properly integrate its Quadra acquisition into its operations and position the firm for future growth. The firm said the changes would help it cope with the volatile market conditions it forecasts in the year ahead.

Managing director Phil Scarrett heads up a new four-strong executive management tea, that includes Quadra’s Dave Greenwood (director) and Simon Jones (client services director), as well as operations director Graeme Fitzpatrick.

Quadra’s personal lines expertise complements Woodgate & Clark’s specialism in commercial losses.

Scarrett said: “One of the key objectives in acquiring Quadra was to extend the Woodgate & Clark service proposition, moving into new areas of expertise in claims management and attracting new talent to support clients’ needs and ambitions.”

He added: “I am confident that the combined talents of Quadra and Woodgate & Clark will give us competitive edge during the coming year and beyond.”
