Acturis has announced a long-term partnership with specialist home, landlord and tenant broker First2Protect.
Part of the Pivotal Growth group, specialising in volume personal lines business through an Exeter-based call centre and a network of mortgage advisors, First2Protect has gone live on Acturis, utilising many of the personal lines features of the platform.
The system allows the broker to use an integrated CX solution while using the automation features available within the platform to automate communications, renewals and payment solutions. Leads are imported and driven through an automated workflow that removes manual processing steps from staff, freeing them to focus on the customer.
