Tesco Bank has appointed Pinnacle UK as its strategic partner to offer a full end-to-end service to Tesco Bank pet insurance customers, covering sales, servicing, and underwriting. The partnership will come into force on 1st January 2025 and run for five years.

Gary Duggan, chief insurance officer at Tesco Bank, said: “We chose Pinnacle as our new strategic partner for pet insurance to help us grow our business whilst offering the high standards of products, service and claims experience that our customers expect from Tesco.”

Tesco Bank currently has around 400,000 pet insurance customers.
