Professional services and technology business Davies has acquired Shoreside Law, a commercial and maritime litigation firm, specialising in shipping, commercial insurance and energy disputes. The team of lawyers from Shoreside will join Davies’ existing legal solutions business, Keoghs, and will be based in Davies’ London headquarters.
