AssuredPartners has announced its acquisition of LT Insurance Services, which was founded in 2009 and serves a range of commercial SME and personal lines clients. LT Insurance Services is based in South Wales and will become part of PSP Insurance Brokers, which is also owned by AssuredPartners.

Paul Casey, head of acquisitions at AssuredPartners International, said: “Establishing a presence in Wales is an important step for us and we are excited to build from this over the coming months.”
