Ansvar Insurance has appointed David Eccles (pictured) as its new head of distribution. Ansvar is part of the Benefact Group, the charity-owned specialist financial services organisation. Eccles has previously worked at Zurich Municipal, Expression Insurance, and Markerstudy Insurance.
