London market wholesale broker, Evolin Broking Limited has established a construction division that will be led by newly recruited Steve Downing. He becomes the intermediary’s head of construction and will build out the proposition to include construction all risks, erection all risks, builders risk, delay in start-up and third party liability. This will complement the existing construction liability offering.
