Managing general agent and Lloyd’s syndicate Carbon Underwriting has named Martin Leeks (pictured) as head of international medical malpractice. The firm said its initial focus in this market would be to develop delegated portfolios in the UK, Europe, Canada and Australia, which will be underwritten on Lloyd’s paper.
