Simply Business has announced the appointment of Julie Fisher as its new UK CEO.

Fisher, who was serving as the company’s interim CEO, has more than 35 years of insurance experience. She joined Simply Business as chief commercial officer in 2019, having previously held leadership roles at Churchill, RBS and MoneySuperMarket.

In her CCO role, Fisher helped scale Simply Business’s panel of insurers – which now sits at 35 brands globally. She has also overseen a number of digital innovations delivered as part of Simply Business's ongoing efforts to simplify and improve customers' claims experiences.
