The Chartered Insurance Institute’s 2023 Corporate Chartered Equality Diversity & Inclusion survey has highlighted positive business outcomes for companies that implement equality, diversity and inclusion practices and policies. These include improvements in creativity and innovation, and increases in employee engagement levels.
