JMG Group has announced a further trio of acquisitions, bringing the total for the past two months to ten. It has acquired Glowsure Insurance Brokers, James Brown & Sons and R Todd Insurance Services, which are all family-run brokers that will increase the group’s regional footprint.

Hampshire-based commercial broker Glowsure was established in 2014 by husband and wife Wesley and Rebecca Haynes and has a 15-strong team.

James Brown launched his eponymous personal and commercial lines broker in 2012. It is based in Somerset and Brown said the move provided a succession solution for the future.

Norfolk-based R Todd Insurance Services dates back to 1978 and was set up by Richard Todd, whose sons Paul and Gary also work for the firm. It serves personal and commercial lines clients across East Anglia.
