Managing general agent Qlaims has expanded its cover to include new subsidence claims and to expand its geographical footprint and accept risks in Northen Ireland. The changes were introduced in response to broker feedback.

Liz Latter (pictured), CEO of Qlaims, said: “These changes are a key part of our strategy to make this cover more accessible to clients. The cover must be simple to attach to underlying insurances, without additional barriers around risk or client eligibility.”

She added: “We have now also included cover for new subsidence claims; and widened our geographical footprint to risks based in Northern Ireland.”

The cover offered by Qlaims pays for the cost of a loss adjuster to support clients in managing their property damage insurance claims.
