Assured Partners has acquired Leeds-based Romero Group, which includes Romero Insurance Brokers Limited, its subsidiary Sentient Group Limited and Club Insure Limited. The group was founded in 1997 by Justin Romero-Trigg and controls more than £100m in gross written premium. It employs more than 200 people across five regional offices.
