Markerstudy has announced that Glen Ward has joined the business as its group chief financial officer. He joins from Admiral Group where he served for five years as chief financial officer (UK insurance). The appointment is subject to regulatory approval.

Ward said: “Markerstudy is a business that I’ve admired and I’m excited to be joining the team at this time to help continue the group’s impressive growth trajectory. I’m passionate about empowering my team and fostering a culture of openness and continuous learning to ensure we’re delivering impactful results that will help strengthen and accelerate the group’s objectives.”

Ward takes over from interim chief financial officer Keith Barber, who had been in place since last summer. Barber will stay with the business as chief of staff.
