Managing general agent Generation Underwriting, which is part of the WF Risk Group, has launched a digital e-trade platform to help it expand its distribution, particularly among regional brokers. The platform, built by SchemeServe, will initially offer residential and commercial property owners policies.

Greg Wilde, managing director of Generation Underwriting, said: “Our partnership with SchemeServe has enabled us to bring our service to brokers anywhere in the UK now. We’ve overhauled our back office, introducing massive efficiency gains. It’s early days, but so far, the traction has been eye opening. We’ve got ambitious growth plans and the technology is nimble and has the capacity to grow with us.”
