Axa Commercial has named Gurinder Aulakh (pictured) as pricing director and Jean-Sébastien Lagacé as reinsurance director. Gurinder joins from Allianz and replaced Jo Scott, who is retiring. Jean-Sébastien, who is a qualified actuary, moves across from Axa Group.

David Ovenden, chief underwriting officer at Axa Commercial, said: “Gurinder’s breadth of experience will give us a stronger understanding of what’s happening in the pricing space across the market. She is a welcome addition to our team and will provide valuable insight at a time when pricing is in sharp focus.
