Young broker Ismaeel Latif has launched Manchester-based Red Apple Brokers under the Coversure umbrella with an emphasis on customer support and education. He said his decision to launch a broker after just eight years in the industry was driven by a desire to promote better customer education.

He stated: “Working in this industry has shown me how often insurance becomes a tick box exercise, where customers are left with policies they don’t fully understand and support that stops the moment the sale is made.

“I got into this space to change that. My focus has always been on customer service, clarity, and making sure people genuinely understand what their policy covers so they feel protected.”

Coversure celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and operates from more than 90 locations throughout the UK.
