Arc Legal Group has announced the appointment of Lee Taylor as chief executive officer.

Taylor spent the last two decades with Allianz Partners, where he served as chief sales officer of UK and Ireland, and as CEO of Allianz Partners Benelux and Nordics. He replaces Frank O’Malley, founder and CEO of Arc Legal since its inception over 21 years ago.

Taylor’s appointment is subject to the usual regulatory approvals.
